Window Projections One & Two

Digital video, two parts.

The live piece is a listener — the screen stays black until it hears MIDI. Everything arrives on one device named IAC Driver Bus 1 (any channel; macOS: enable and name it in Audio MIDI Setup). One voice, four mirrored color fields: the same notes draw teal bars in from the right, red from the left, dark blue from the top, and green from the bottom, each shading toward cyan as pitch rises (MIDI 50–90 maps to position). Needs a browser with Web MIDI (Chrome) and permission to use MIDI devices.
